What is your appointment cancellation policy?

We request at least twenty-four hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments so open time slots can be made available to other clients.

How are client records and personal privacy protected?

All clinical notes, telehealth channels, and client communications comply strictly with federal HIPAA standards and professional licensing regulations.
